Gonzalo "Gonzo" Martinez
"Gonzo" Martinez obtained his Realestate license in 2007, in 2013 he obtained his broker license and started 8Mile Realty. The company brings together eight years of real estate experience, nearly twenty years of construction-related experience, and forty years of Tampa Bay living to provide uniquely informed real estate services to customers.
Lynn Munoz Murray
Lynn is a Tampa Native of fifty plus years. A graduate of USF and a former Tampa Bay Buccaneers Cheerleader, she was born at MacDill AFB and attended King High School. Lynn enjoyed teaching 4th and 6th grade after graduation from USF. She knows the importance of living in a good school district. A licensed realtor since 2003, she spent most of her early career years with Keller Williams, and brings years of experience working with all types of home buyers and home sellers; from novice to seasoned.
Kostas Dimas
Kostas Dimas joined 8 Mile Realty in 2018 as a Real Estate Agent and has been a licensed agent since 2016 in the State of Florida. Kostas is an entrepreneur at heart with a diverse background in Real Estate, Banking & Financial Services, Franchising, Executive Recruitment, and most recently VP of a small Fintech/ Edtech private company in Tampa, Florida.
Kostas holds a M.B.A. in Economics & Finance from the University of Tampa. He was born and raised in Calgary, Alberta Canada and for the past 9 years he resides in Tampa, Fl with his wife and four legged friends. He enjoys traveling, playing drums, cycling, going to the beach, and spending time with friends and family.
